Sharing policy
If your group is smaller than the room type you book, you will have the option to share with other pilgrims of the same gender to benefit from the shared room rate.
If you prefer not to share, you can choose a smaller room (subject to availability) or pay the applicable supplement for sole or reduced occupancy.
Example: If two travellers book at the quad-room price, they can choose to be paired with two other same-gender pilgrims. If they prefer not to share, they would need to select a triple or twin room, or pay the relevant supplement.

  1. Saturday – Travel & Umrah

    Morning: Fly from London to Jeddah.
    Afternoon: Arrive and transfer to Makkah. Check in and perform Umrah.

  2. Sunday – Makkah

    Free day for worship at Masjid al-Haram.
    Evening: Guided Makkah walking tour.

  3. Monday – Makkah

    11:00am: Makkah city bus tour.
    Afternoon and evening free for worship.

  4. Tuesday – Makkah

    Free time during the day.
    Evening: Jabal al-Noor night climb and visit to the Revelation Museum.

  5. Wednesday – Travel to Madinah

    Morning departure to Madinah. Check in and settle.
    Ziyarat to the Prophet’s ﷺ blessed resting place in Masjid an-Nabawi.

  6. Thursday – Madinah

    Free day for worship at Masjid an-Nabawi.

  7. Friday – Madinah

    Jumu’ah at Masjid an-Nabawi.
    Evening: Walking tour to Masjid Quba.

  8. Saturday – Madinah

    Free day for worship and reflection.

  9. Sunday – Return

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah does not currently require sisters to have a mahram for Umrah.
Can I pay in instalments? expand_more
Yes, you can. We offer up to 3 equal, interest-free instalments depending on how much time is left before your trip. This helps spread the cost while keeping things simple and transparent.
What is your cancellation policy? expand_more
If you cancel before 14 days of travel you’ll receive a 10% refund of your booking. Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds within 14 days of departure, as flights, hotels and other costs will already have been paid for.
Do you arrange visas? expand_more
Yes. For British passport holders we take care of the visa waiver paperwork, so you don’t need to worry about it. Other passport holders will need to arrange their own visa — but don’t worry, we can support you with that too.
