We don’t muck about when it comes to protection. Every BMT package that includes flights is ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) of the United Kingdom.

If something ever went wrong — for example, if we or one of our suppliers couldn’t provide your trip — you’d get a full refund or be brought home safely.

In plain English: your flights, hotels and payments are protected by UK law. You can verify our ATOL licence directly on the CAA website using our ATOL number: 12842.

We’re proud members of the Travel Trust Association, membership number X1885. The TTA is an independent body that checks how we handle your money and makes sure we follow strict rules designed to protect you.

Your Money in a Trust Account

When you pay us, your money goes into a dedicated trust account, where it’s kept separate from our business funds. It’s held safely by independent trustees and can only be used to pay for your trip.

We don’t touch your funds for anything other than your itinerary. Payments can only be made to approved suppliers — like your flights, hotels, and transfers — and only under the rules set by the Travel Trust Association (TTA).

Each payment from the trust account is covered by insurance, which we fund ourselves. Even if a supplier failed, your money stays protected and your trip remains secure.

It’s one of the strongest protection systems in UK travel, and we choose to use it because it’s the right thing to do.

We’re registered with Companies House as THE WESTERN PROVINCE LIMITED (company number 14032205), trading as British Muslim Tours.

“British” is a protected word under UK law, reserved for companies that have been through extra layers of approval. We already operate nationwide and proudly carry the name as our trading identity — and one day, in sha Allah, we’ll have it on the certificate too.

Trading under a different name is common and fully compliant with UK law. What matters is that you always know who you’re dealing with. We include our full legal name and registration number on all our documents so you’re never in the dark.
